- USDA APHIS SOLICITATION NUMBER: 12639521Q0241 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Utility Terrain Vehicles Wildlife Services, Michigan Program 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ) for a firm fixed price purchase order for two (2) All Terrain Vehicles and one (1) Utility Terrain Vehicle for USDA APHIS Wildlife Services in Okemos, MI. Quoted price shall include all components with delivery FOB Destination no later than 30 days ARO. 3. This solicitation document has incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR FAC 2021-06 July 12, 2021. 4. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside with the associated NAICS code 336112, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. Product Service Code 2340. 5.� The End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal to the following: Line 001: Item 2021 KAWASAKI BRUTE FORCE 750 EPS 4X4 Quantity 2 Line 002: Item 2021 KAWASAKI MULE 4010 4X4 Quantity 1 Specifications/Salient Characteristics 6. Delivery shall be FOB destination and shall occur NLT 30 days ARO.
