- Amendment 0001 (2 September 2021):� The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following: 1. Site Visit Notes from 31 August 2021. 2. Question and Answer Document - FA488721Q0055 3. Updated Statement of Work dated 1 September 2021 The RFQ close date is extended to 8 September 2021 at 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time (PDT). An option site visit will take place on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 9:00 AM Arizona Local Time (MST). Confirmation of attendance must be submitted to Kurt Stuebs at kurt.stuebs.2@us.af.mil No Later Than Monday, August 30, 2021. Further instructions on attending the site visit will be given after confirming attendance. The 56th Contracting Squadron is soliciting for the following: 1 EA South and Lightning Gate Replacement IAW Section J Attachment 1, Statement of wor. This procurement is set-aside as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Period of Performance: 30 Calendar Days ARO System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NIACS code for this acquisition is 333999, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. All questions regarding this notice are to be submitted in writing via email No Later Than September 1, 2021 at 4:00 PM Arizona Local Time (MST). Questions submitted after the specified response date/time may not be considered. All questions submitted to this office are subjected to be posted in this notice along with the appropriate response(s).
