Answer: The quantities are listed as 0 to allow each interested vendor the opportunity to provide their technical and professional opinion on what equipment is required based on the needs listed in the Statement of Work. There is an estimated amount of equipment needed on page 7 of the solicitation, the first page under section B.4 Statement of Work. There are still no drawings or floor plans to be published.
