This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA441721QC241 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number/Effective Date:��� 2021-06/07-12-2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541519.� The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7E20.� The Size Standard for this NAICS is $30,000,000.� Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable.� Cut off for questions: 07 SEPT 2021 @ 1:00 PM CST. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1(f), Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawal of offers.� This paragraph is tailored to read as follows: Offerors are responsible for submitting electronic offers by the solicitation due date and time.� Offers received after the solicitation due date and time are considered late and will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). Offerors shall provide a representation regarding use of telecommunications equipment or services by completing FAR Provision 52.204-24, Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, and submit with offer by the established due date and time. (End of Provision) 52.212-2 � Evaluation � Commercial Items (Oct 2014) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.� The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Acceptability and Price. The Government will award a FFP contract to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable offer.� Offers will be determined technically acceptable if all brand name products required by this Combined Synopsis Solicitation are quoted.� Not all offers will be evaluated for technical acceptability.� The lowest price offer will be evaluated, if the offer is determined technically acceptable, no other offers will be evaluated for technical acceptability.� If the lowest price is not technically acceptable, the second lowest price will be reviewed.� So on and so forth.
