- UPDATE (2 September 2021): The solicitation has been updated to include the Single Source Justification (Below SAT) document detailing the requirement for Patchbox equipment.� The 56th Contracting Squadron is soliciting for the following: Patchbox Cable Management Equipment This procurement is set-aside as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery Lead Time: 30 Calendar Days ARO System for Award Management (SAM) resistration is required to receive any award. Contractors cab register electronically at https://sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334210, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All questions regarding this notice are to be submitted in writing via e-mail No Later Than 2�September�2021, at 4:00 PM Arizona Local Time (MST). Questions submitted after the specified response date/time may not be considered. All questions submitted to this office are subjected to be posted in this notice along with the appropriate response(s). Funds�are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the�availability�of�appropriated�funds�from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part�of�the Government for any payment may arise until�funds�are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice�of�such�availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
