The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. No solicitation document is available, and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
