- Description
- The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a Delivery Order to ECG, Inc., located at 505 N Toombs St, Suite A, Valdosta, GA 31601, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The EOUSA anticipates award of a Delivery Order, on a sole source basis, to ECG, Inc. for the ECG Alpaca ManageEZ Migration Bundle Software, to provide software updates, upgrades, and support for the Migration Bundle Software which is currently in place with the EOUSA.� The period of performance is anticipated to be 12 months beginning September 30, 2021 through September 29, 2022. ECG Alpaca ManageEZ Migration Bundle software is a critical application tool for managing and developing on Cisco BroadWorks platform. This will allow for software maintenance and support to ECG software on all EOUSA Lab and Production systems.� In addition, the software maintenance will deploy software patches, updates, upgrades, and workarounds to correct discovered problems, keep a software product usable in a changed or changing environment, improve performance or maintainability, and correct latent faults in the software product before they come effective faults.� ECG Alpaca ManageEZ Migration Bundle Software provides patching and remediation of critical and high-level security vulnerabilities and compliance in support of DOJ�s security patching cycle while providing access to ECG technical support phone line for assistance with software configuration, usage, outages, and performance related questions/issues, and access to ECG trouble ticketing system to create, modify, update, and close support tickets. EOUSA�s unique mission requires specialized Information Technology (IT) services for the government.� EOUSA specifically requires options that provide IT insights, which deliver a broad spectrum of access to IT data, research, and advisory services to meet essential mission requirements.� These services must be comprehensive in the areas required by EOUSA; the research must be validated in the government environment, and the analysts must be available to consult with EOUSA on a very broad range and appropriate level of depths of IT topics. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.� A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement.� The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.� Information in response to this notice may be sent to Terri Long-Miller, Contracting Officer at terri.long-miller@usdoj.gov with a cc: to Stephen Jones at Stephen.Jones@usdoj.gov.� A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
