- Description
- Little Rock AFB is looking to provide�commercial internet services for B764 students and staff�. Install of 3 internet cables with 150 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed. Please refer to the attachment Performance Work Statement for details.� 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be completed on the SF 1449, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC's and 19CONS.TEAM3.ORG@us.af.mil. If your quote is determined to be non-responsive, it will not be further considered for award. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under ""Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost""), complete blocks 12 and 17a, and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. d) Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Wednesday 8 September 2021 at 13:00 PM CST. Participants are to meet at the front gate of Little Rock AFB @ 1230 PM to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. This will be the only site visit conducted. Reservations for the site visit will be submitted no later than 7 September 2021 by 3:00 PM CST. Due to COVID-19 installation rules ALL attendees must wear a mask if the 6 ft. rule cannot be met and shall be worn inside all buildings. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID , vehicle registration, and insurance to access the base.
