- AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline for questions only until Wednesday 8 September 2021 @ 3:00 PM local time. ---------------------------------------- AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to upload additional ECOP documentation just now available. ---------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number: W9127P-21-R-0004 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 (12 Jul 2021). It is the contractor�s responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside: 100%; Applicable Size Standard is $16,500,000. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price for professional environmental type services. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: Period of Performance is 60 days from award. Anticipated award date is 20 September 2021. Place of Performance is in Estate Bethlehem, St. Croix, USVI Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, and addendum applies to this acquisition, see below. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items and addendum applies to this acquisition, see below. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
