- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Commodities & Services Acquisition Service (CSAS), 555 Corporate Circle, Golden, CO 80401, intends to solicit for offers from qualified and experienced vendors with Remote Patient Monitoring Home Telehealth (RPM-HT) experience This requirement is for the Office of Connected Care (OCC) to support various VA Medical Facilities. Full and open competition will be utilized for all contract line item numbers (CLINs). VA's purpose under this solicitation and subsequent contract (s) is to obtain RPM-HT technologies and associated peripherals. This will enable VA to maintain a continuous supply of services/products to support usage of these technologies/peripherals in VA clinical programs. The North American Classification Code is 621999 All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. The objective is to award up to four (4) firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The IDIQ contracts will be eight-year contracts consisting of a 24-month base period and six (6) 12-month option periods. Option periods will or will not be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about April 27th, 2021. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments and attachments) from the Contract Opportunities website (https://www.beta.sam.gov), as no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the proposal submission process and evaluation factors for the basis of award. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Vet Biz information at https://vetbiz.va.gov/vip/. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management database.
