- **UPDATE 9/2/21 1. Extension of date/time offers due - Friday, September 10, 2021 by 15:00 Pacific Time 2. Scheduled site visit: Tuesday, September 7, 2021. Meet at ECC building in Grass Valley 10:00. The intent of this contract is to furnish janitorial services for several offices and shop buildings in the Grass Valley area of the Tahoe National Forest. This project encompasses five buildings on the Tahoe National National Forest, in Grass Valley, CA. Location 1: ECC is located at 13120 Loma Rica Rd Grass Valley, CA 95945 Grass Valley ECC consists of three buildings: the YACC Shack (workout room), Dispatch main building, and Dispatch expanded building. The Yacc Shack is approximately 680 square feet and has two bathrooms (no showers), work out equipment and linoleum and mats that need to be swept and mopped. The main dispatch floor is approximately 3,000 sqare feet and is all carpeted and has two bathrooms (no shower). The main dispatch building has three offices, a reception area, a small kitchen area, a utility room, and the main dispatch floor that holds all the dispatch consoles. The expanded building is approximately 1900 square feet and has two bedrooms, a carpeted main office room, a carpeted locker room, and a tiled kitchen area and laundry room. Additionally, the expanded dispatch building has two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. Location 2: Radio Shop is located 12019 Charles Drive Grass Valley, CA 95945 The radio shop consists of a garage containing 1024 square ft. and a shop containing 1260 square ft., including one storage room and one restroom. Location 3: Auto Shop is located 12019 Charles Drive Grass Valley, CA 95945 The auto shop has a total area of 3500 square ft. shop of which 1240 square ft. is office space including one restroom. Services are to be provided for offices and restroom only.
