- Amendment 0001 W9123621R5038 Janitorial Services Group 3 is hereby Amended as follows: The below Bidder Inquiries were received via email and corresponding Government responses are hereby incorporated Quote due date has not been extended, and remains 2:00 PM EDT 11 August 2021. All other terms and conditions apply. Bidder Inquiry 1: Page 24 of the solicitation indicate that all interior/exterior window surfaces need to be cleaned monthly. Can you please provide the number of windows to be cleaned for each location? Also, are any of these windows above 10; high? If so, how many per location? Government Response, Bidder Inquiry 1: Requested information is currently unavailable, there is site visit information within the solicitation if you would like to visit the site Bidder Inquiry 2: Page 25 of the solicitation indicate that carpets need to be cleaned twice a year. Can you please provide the square footage of carpet to be cleaned for each of the locations? Government Response, Bidder Inquiry 5: This is a new contract, no information on current staff supporting these services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and subpart 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9123621R5038�is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 effective March 10, 2021, FAR Class Deviation 14-01 (DEC 2014), FAR Class Deviation 2019-01 Rev 1 (AUG 2020), FAR Class Deviation 20-04 Rev 1(AUG 2020), FAR Class Deviation 2020-05 (APR 2020), and FAR Class Deviation 2020-05 Rev 2(DEC 2020). Janitorial Services�to include but not limited to: Trash Removal, Vacuuming, Hard Surface Cleaning, Cleaning of restrooms, Miscellaneous Cleaning, Dusting, Clean Glass Surfaces, Wash Trash Receptacles, De-Scale Toilet Bowls and Urinals, Change HVAC Filters, Clean HVAC Intakes, Carpet Cleaning, Clean Light Fixtures, Emergency Cleaning, Re-Lamping The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720. The small business size standard is $19,500,000.00. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Please note, there is no official government site visit and floor plans for each site are not available. There is an option for offeror(s) to schedule a site visit by calling the numbers listed within the Solicitation document, if you wish to visit each location. Please note if you do choose to visit the site(s), no questions may be answered at the site visit, please refer to the solicitation for instructions on submitting questions. E-mail quotations shall be sent to the Contract Specialist. Please indicate W9123621R5038�in the subject line. Contractor must affirm that the pricing provided from the quote shall be valid for 90 days from quote submission. Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. EST 11 August��2021
