Description

** Subject to the Availability of Funds**�The U.S. Southern Command has a requirement for lodging, parking, and meals in support of the Change of Command�in Doral, Florida. The period of performance is from 28�30 October 2021. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721110. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. This announcement constitutes the synopsis. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 7 September�2021. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. Please note that due to the high traffic in the area and the conference being held at SOUTHCOM, the hotel shall be located within three (3) miles of SOUTHCOM headquarters at 9301 NW 33rd St, Doral, Florida. 33172. Offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Please note that quotes will be accepted directly from Hotels only. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered. Interested sources are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any future amendments from the website.
