Description

Develop�an improvement to the maneuver trail starting at the southeast corner of Group 7 and running west along the southern perimeter of Group 7 and will end at South Service Rd. in Load Line 1,� located�at�Camp�James A. Garfield�Joint�Military�Training�Center (CJAG), once all phases of the project are complete. This project is only for Phase 4 of that length of trail. As shown on construction drawing sheet C-110. The work area is to be between stations 19+00 to 25+50 or 17+00 to 25+50, approximately 650-850 feet. The task includes all associated earth work, fence demolition, culvert installation, and site restoration. The Period of Performance (POP) for this project will be 300 days from the issue of NTP.� There is a mandatory site visit on August 19th at 1:30 pm EST.� You must contact SSG Grant Stoner at (614-336-6580)� or Email at grant.m.stoner.mil@mail.mil at least 24 hours ahead of site visit in order to get base access for the site visit.� NOTE:� All Questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 2 2021 at 1700.� Bid�Opening Information.� No bids will be accepted via Email or FAX or by mail (FedEx or UPS). Live bid opening is September 9�2021�at 1:30�at CJAGMTC. Drop bids off in front of office (8451 SR 5, BLDG 1068) on that date.� Bid box will be available starting at 1100 that day. Bids will be opened at 1:30 pm under the Solar Canopy.� Bids must be in the attached bid format or bids may not be accepted.
