Description

Design and construct a 46,801 SF single story facility. The design and construction include reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slab, structural steel frame with split faced concrete masonry units, gypsum wallboard, and a combination single ply membrane/standing seam metal low slope roof.� It also includes the design and construction of a 800 SF single story Information Transfer Building (ITB). These facilities will house operations areas, support areas, sensitive compartmentalized information facilities (SCIF), special access program (SAF) facilities, and communications support functions.� This project includes all: utilities; communications support; site improvements; pavements; electrical systems; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC); fire detection and protection features; security enhancements; backup power generation; and other supporting work necessary to make a complete and useable facility. Facilities will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with the DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01, General Building requirements. This project will comply with DoD Antiterrorism/Force Protection requirements per UFC 4-010-01.� The total contract performance period is seven hundred and twenty (720) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).�
