Description: (i)� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY ONE SOURCE The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is TOBII TECHNOLGY INC, 12007 Sunrise Valley� DR., STE 400, Reston, VA 20191-3457 (Cage: 4DRC0). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. �� (ii)� The solicitation number is W911QX-21-Q-0256.� This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). �� (iii)� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. �� (iv)� The associated NAICS code is 334516.� The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. �� (v)�� The following is a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable):� CLIN 0001 � Sixteen (16) TOBII PRO Glasses 3. 100 Hz Wireless Hardware Package, includes 2-year hardware warranty. Includes Tobii Pro Premium Technical Support. CLIN 0002 � Article NO: 100001: Shipping and Handling �� (vi) �Description of requirements: The Government requires Sixteen (16) Tobii Pro Glasses 3 [100 Hertz (Hz) Wireless] with hardware package that includes 2-year hardware warranty and 1-year Technical Support that meets the following minimum Salient Characteristics: Shall be a wearable eye glasses system Shall be useable on the move and not tethered to a computer Shall have gaze data output frequency (binocular) of at least 100 Hz Shall measure relative pupil size Shall use Binocular dark pupil tracking. Shall have a scene camera in order to co-register eye movement data onto the scene in which the user is viewing. Shall contain at a minimum 2 cameras for each eye. Shall have at a minimum of 8 infrared (IR) illuminators per eye Shall contain IR blocking safety lenses in order to be used outdoors. �� (vii) Delivery is required within Sixty (60) days After Receipt of Order (ARO).� Delivery shall be made to Logistics Warehouse, Building #321, 6375 Johnson Road, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005.�� Acceptance shall be performed at Destination.
