Description

This acquisition is being solicited as a competitive Small Business set-aside procurement.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531120 � Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses). The small business size standard associated with NAICS 531120 is $30.0 million. The Contractor will provide Containerized Living Units and Generators in support of the 30th NCR�s mission with the Underwater Construction Team-Two aboard a vessel. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, tools, and resources required to build and configure the portable office space converted into living units. � This acquisition will result in the award of a single Requirements, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with non-recurring work. Rental is a one-time requirement. The�following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) price; and (ii) past performance Past performance is significantly less important than price. Delivery: TBD with 30NCR (Naval Base Guam) CLU/Generator will be aboard a vessel for the duration of the rental Quantity: The Contractor will provide two (2) new 20� (L) x 8� (W) x 8� 6� (H) steel containers. Converted to be used as living space. Dates: 30 September - 15 December 2021 (Approximately 3 months)
