- Notice of solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and the solicitation number is N4523A21Q4094. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 effective 11 Aug 2021. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332919 and the business size standard is 750. This NAICS is for Industrial Valve Manufacturing. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, stand-alone contract to the contractor on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis in accordance with but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR (15.101-2). Requirement: ADAPTER, POLYBOTTLE: IDN 11767990, 11327998, 11547999, Requested Delivery Date: 30 SEPT 2021 See Ordering Data Sheet (ODS) for complete salient description and specifications. Offerors must provide the following information with the proposal: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number, Company Name and Address, and Cage Code on the offer; 2. Specification sheet filled out on solicitation; 3. Include signed solicitation; 4. Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature or other documents, if necessary and address technical capability in meeting the requirement. Delivery: FOB Destination � Naval Base Kitsap, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA 98314 All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of Government contracts. Offerors are advised also that SAM representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the System for Award Management website at https://www.sam.gov.
