- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND (ACC) REDSTONE ARSENAL intends to award a sole source contract to MathWorks, Inc, 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760,��IAW FAR 13.501(a) sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. This requirement is for MathWorks Enterprise License Agreement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The Government shall consider all responses recieved by 14 September 2021 1300 PM CST. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirement. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Please email MAJ CYNTHIA M. RODRIGUEZ-HERNDON with responses or questions regarding this requirement at cynthia.m.rodriguez-herndon.mil@mail.mil. This notice will close at 1300 PM CST 14 SEPTEMBER 2021. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirment is solely within the discretion of the government.�
