Description
The FAA has an immediate need�for Rapid COVID-19 Testing across the Unites States to include Alaska, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. The estimated number of test kits is 100,000 with two (2) Options for an additional 50,000 test kits each. The test kits must comply with the OMB/Safer Federal Workforce Task Force guidance relating to FDA approval and generation and submission of a report for each test.� The contractor will be responsible for providing 24/7/365 test proctoring via a telehealth service to all FAA test takers and collecting/communicating/ managing/ documenting test results. The FAA will provide testing schedules to the contractor. Test documentation must include a report provided to the tested individual and inclusion of the test results in an overarching electronic database.� The contractor must establish a dashboard for the database that will allow selected FAA personnel to review and analyze the data to identify trends, develop reports, and forecast future testing requirements.�(Please see the attached Spreadsheet with the Locations and Facility information) The FAA will provide a delivery schedule as well as shipment locations. The FAA anticipates a Firm Fixed Price Contract.� In accordance with the�Emergency Procurement Guide and AMS Guidance�T3.2.1.5 - Disaster or Emergency Preparedness and Response, Oral Solicitations are being conducted.�To participate in an Oral Solicitation, please submit your request with COVID TESTING- FAA in the subject line of your email to Nia Glover at�Nia.Glover@faa.gov and Angel.Jones@faa.gov. Oral Solicitations will be September 7th & 8th, 2021. Please be prepared to give a comprehensive proposal to including pricing. The closing date of the announcement is September 08, 2021 at 3:00 PM CST.�
