Question: What is the size of cage storage dimensions & square footage? Answer: 22ft long 20ft wide 3.) Question: What is the squared footage and height for complete warehouse space? Answer: 100ft long 40 ft wide 4.) Question: Is the contractor responsible for unboxing and placing items on shelving after renovation? Answer: The initial setup yes 5.) Question: Can you provide line items for each item that will have storage space for signage and organization? Answer: Line items can be provided. 6.) Question: what are the softrol responsibilities for the contractor? Answer: Yes at initial setup The contractor will be responsible for entering all information into the warehouse inventory module in Softrol. 7.) Question: Will stored items require refrigeration storage? Answer: All linens will require climate control storage. 8.) Question: Will this require the contractor to perform quarterly maintenance or warranty? Answer: Quarterly maintenance is not necessary. A warranty on product (shelves) is necessary
