- . �Description of Services/General Information. �The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include instructor, training instruction, study materials, and equipment (e.g. projector) necessary to prepare the HQ USAFE/AFAFRICA/A6 members at Ramstein AB, Germany to learn the critical project management concepts, principles and techniques needed to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification on the first attempt. The services required under this PWS are not mission-essential as defined by DoDI 1100.22. Training information. Deliver a hands-on, on-site PMP training course for up to 25 HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA members. The training will be conducted in two (2) separate sessions due to personnel availability. The training schedules are: 12-15 Oct and 18-21 Oct 2021, and the training site is at Building 306, HQ USAFE Command Conference Room, Ramstein AB, Germany. Develop and prepare a course syllabus for the PMP training course.� Training shall include relevant topics including, but not limited to: (1) emphasizing soft skills to effectively lead a project team in today�s changing environment such as manage conflict, leading a team, support team performance, empower team member and stakeholders, ensures members and stakeholders have adequately training, building a team, negotiate project agreements, engaging virtual meetings and requirements, defining team ground rules, (2) reinforcing the technical aspects of successfully managing projects such as executing projects with urgency required, managing communications, engaging with stakeholders, managing risk, planning and managing budget, resources, issues, schedule, quality of products and deliverables, scope, project changes, procurement, and integrating project planning activities, transfer of project continuity, and closure or transitions of the project), and (3) highlighting the connection between projects and organizational strategy such as planning and managing project compliance, support organizational change, evaluate and deliver project benefits and value, and address external business environment changes for impact on scope.
