Description

The project consists of completing emergency repairs to the Slater Butte Lookout, including: Replace stairwell Grout concrete footings Replace the elevated walkway and railing at the top of the lookout. Reconstruction shall match the materials/texture/paint color of the existing building. The FS will schedule a site visit for contractors before bids are due. Contractor is encouraged to submit questions to the Contracting Officer. Contractor shall work with FS personnel to verify the materials necessary. The�FS will NOT supply the materials.��The contractor is responsible for all equipment and labor.
