Description
This shall serve as a notice to re-synopsize the KC46 Pegasus Commercial Common effort that was originally synopsized on 04 January 2019 on FEDBIZOPPS under synopsis notice�SPRPA1KC46CommercialCommon, re-synopsized on 18 Jun 2020 and again on 16 February 2021. The anticipated contract will be awarded by DLA Aviation Philadelphia against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-14-D-002U with The Boeing Company, Cage Code 0PXV4, located in Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated contract will be a three (3) year base plus two (2) year unpriced options. The estimated award date is April 2022. The BCOI contract is strategic in nature and will be the primary vehicle for the direct material support. This requirement will add Commercial Common KC-46 Consumable and Depot Level Repairable (DLR) Supply Chain support to the existing Boeing Captain of Industry (BCOI) contract. Boeing will be required to deliver an FAA certified RFI DLR which can be repaired/replaced/overhauled or provide new or serviceable used material that meets the quality requirements outlined in the BCOI contract (SPRPA1-14-D-002U). The RFI unit delivered shall incorporate previously Government-approved and funded asset modifications at no additional cost to the Government.� Contractor will incorporate USG funded asset modification in the delivered RFI DLR as a part of normal overhaul/repair cycle. Boeing is not required to incorporate out of cycle modifications. The Parties will use an Exchange Agreement as the governing document for all exchanges of DLRs under the contract. Boeing will be required to fill DoD customer requisitions for the Stock Numbers in the market basket (NSNs) The initial Market Basket from the initial synopsis, dated 04 Jan 2019 was modified to 502 NIINs. The Market Basket is attached.�� This is a FAA certified aircraft
