- Notice of Intent for the Government to Issue a Sole Source Award Contract to Grey Market Labs for Opaque Platform Software License Subscriptions� � � � The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Grey Market Labs., 6446 Overbrook Street, Falls Church, VA 22043, in order to acquire one (10) Opaque User licenses, (10) Isolated Collaboration Suites, (2) Opaque Premier licenses for protected research, and (1) Time-To-Value service.� These services support privacy-as-a-service, delivering proactive internet protection from the moment of access to countering exploitation of digital behavior and activity. Opaque prevents data from being compromised, establishes trust between users and protects virtual work activities consist of deliver data, research and technology covering the private capital markets, including venture capital, private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. �� Since Grey Market Labs only sells their products directly to customers, Grey Market Labs is the only company capable of providing the required software license subscriptions to support the current DIU Platform.� If services are provided by another company, the current service would be interrupted hindering DIU�s capabilities in achieving their overall mission objective. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) � �Soliciting from a Single Source.�� The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $30 Million.� The anticipated period of performance is for 12 months. � This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
