- *Amendment #1:The purpose of this amendment is to provide the government's response to questions submitted by contractors and to update the Statement of Work (SOW). Please see Amendment 1 attachment.* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This ��announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFQ) �will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301621U0235 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 and DFARS change notice 20210709. This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 337214 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This is a requirement for the replacement of modular furniture for Bldg. Room 313 and Room 316. Site Visit Scheduled for 31 August @ 10:00 am CST. All contractors who plan to attend site visit must register for site visit by 26 August @1:00 pm CST.
