This item is manufactured to Specification Production Lead Time of 120 days. Destination for this item is TRAVIS ASSOCIATION FOR THE BLIND, AUSTIN, TX. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) will be used to evaluate past performance. The Contracting Officer may make an award at other than the lowest evaluated price.
