NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Alvin C. York VA Medical Center Murfreesboro, TN intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced award contract, to Evidence in Motion, 175 S. English Station Road, Ste 218, Louisville, KY 40245. A sole source procurement will be issued to Evidence in Motion because they are the exclusive provider of these courses/certification. ITEM NO. A determination by the government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
