- NAICS = 334512 Automatic Environmental Control Manufacturing for Residential, Commercial and Appliance Use NAICS = 236220 Commercial and Industrial Building Construction Sources Sought Synopsis for Direct Digital Controllers Utilizing Honeywell Software for Configuration/Programming and Connection to the Naples Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) located at Support Activity (NSA) Naples. Description: � This is a Sources Sought announcement for market research purposes in support of various projects at the NSA Naples, which includes direct digital controllers and connection of the controllers to the Naples EMCS. The responses received to this sources sought will be used for preliminary planning purposes. The information received will be used by the Navy to facilitate the decision making processes.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing this information or any follow-up information requests. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purposes other than market research. Furthermore, the Navy is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. � Respondents will not be notified of the results of the analysis. All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government. It is the Contractor�s responsibility to properly mark the information provided in response to this sources sought as corporate or proprietary information.� Since this is a Sources Sought announcement, no debrief, evaluation letters, and/or results will be issued to the participants. � Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be used to make appropriate future acquisition decisions. No telephone calls will be accepted. There is no proposal package or solicitation at this time. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made.�� � This sources sought is being issued as government market research to determine whether or not any offerors/contractors have the technical capability to provide direct digital controllers that utilize Honeywell software (Care 10.07.09, Comfort Point Version CPO-220, etc.) for their configuration/programming. � The controllers will be required for projects requiring direct digital controls and connection to the NSA Naples EMCS. The estimated total value of the controller equipment is $80,500 during the period of performance of June 2021 � June 2024. � Interested sources are invited to respond to this Sources Sought by completing Attachment 1 - Company Information and Attachment 2 - Technical Information. � Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis are due no later than Tuesday, 5 October, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).� The responses should be submitted electronically to the following emails: Ronnie.Sales@eu.navy.mil and Alex.Wingert@eu.navy.mil. � Facsimile submittals will not be accepted.� Responses received after the deadline or without the required information shall not be considered.� All NAVFAC EURAFCENT solicitations are posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov� and begin with �N33191.�
