- Good afternoon, vendors. Please see below for the officlal release of the EAGL RFP. Thank you for your interest in supporting our Marines. Lisa Bennett Solicitation Number:�� M6785420R2010� Notice Type:�� Solicitation�� The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Quantico, VA, currently has a requirement to obtain over 500 Expeditionary Advanced Ground Link (EAGL) Systems.� The EAGL program supports the mission of the Terrestrial Wideband Transmission Systems Family of Systems, which is to provide reliable and resilient wideband communication paths between�Command and Control�nodes across the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF).� EAGL will leverage new and existing technologies to provide the FMF with an improved transmission capability that operates at higher data rates while still maintaining secure communications.� MCSC plans to award a single, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with one base year and four 1-year ordering periods, for a total of five 1-year ordering periods.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290-Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing.� This procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition.�� An award will be made to a single vendor offering on all contract line items utilizing the Best Value Trade-Off approach. Technical requirements will be set forth in the�Request for Proposal (RFP).�Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the RFP. The complete RFP package, including amendments, should be downloaded and reviewed prior to submitting a response.�The RFP will be available online at�https://www.sam.gov/�and will include all documents of the solicitation package.� No paper copies will be issued.� Offerors requesting the restricted documents on SAM.gov, must have completed�the EAGL RFP�Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), prior to receiving access to the RFP�s restricted documents. The NDA�has been�posted on SAM.gov as an unrestricted document and can be downloaded, completed, signed, and then submitted to Lisa Bennett, Kassidy Probst, and Katy Hurd at�lisa.bennett@usmc.mil,�kassidy.probst@usmc.mil, and�kathryn.hurd@usmc.mil, respectively.� It is the responsibility of those responding to the RFP to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents.
