- Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Fiscal Services (Fiscal Service) on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to The Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists, LLC (ACAMS) for one (1) year membership and thirty-two (32) CAMS Standard Examination Packages - HQ location in Chicago, IL from 09/30/2021 � 9/29/2025 inclusive of three 12-month option years. The Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists, LLC (ACAMS) is the sole authorized organization to provide, develop and deliver the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) program, training and designation.� ACAMS is the only organization authorized to maintain a list of CAMS graduates and professionals that are active members in good standing. ACAMS does not have any authorized training partners in the United States that can resell, repackage, deliver, or claim to deliver CAMS training preparation courses or mock examinations. Fiscal Service will consider affirmative responses received no later than September 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM ET. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe they can provide TTB the same membership and CAMS Standard Examination Packages as provided by ACAMS. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the services. � No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Responses shall be submitted to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov - Attention: �TW/RG. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. �Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the beta.sam.gov site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions. �Responses to this request can be emailed to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov - Attention: �TW/RG.
