Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Agility Technologies Inc., located at 12001 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 350 Reston, VA 20191, for the acquisition of software specifically to support the development of a disciplinary management system. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price delivery order.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 8 ""Simplified Acquisition Procedures.""� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services.� The business size standard is $30,000,000.00.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.� A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 13th, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time.� All submissions should be submitted electronically to Joe.E.Turner@usdoj.gov.
