Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! 45 CONS has a sole source requirement for the AAFES Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Upgrade at Patrick Space Force Base. The required delivery dates is 30 Days after receipt of award. This is a Sole Source for the AAFES ICS Upgrade in accordance with (IAW) FAR13.106-1(b)(1). As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15), MC2, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government�s requirement in which the contractor will supply the proprietary equipment of AAFES ICS Upgrade and be installed by MC2, Inc. These specifications are a unique requirement to support the SLD 45 launch mission. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This AAFES ICS Upgrade utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210. As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/PKP has determined that MC2, Inc. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
