- ** 8 September 2021 - bid opening abstract has been posted in attachments ** ** 31 August 2021 - REMINDER: This solicitation closes tomorrow, 1 September 2021 @ 2:00PM AKST. Maj Conner Van Fossen will be located at the JBER-Richardson gate from 1:00PM AKST to 2:00PM AKST with the bid box. Additionally, MSgt Willie Davis will have an alternate bid box located on the 2nd floor of 7252 Gibson Ave on JBER-Elmendorf.� Bids may be delivered at either location prior to 2:00PM AKST. Upon receipt, bids will be time stamped and securely stored. No late bids will be accepted. The bid opening will take place at approximately 2:30PM in the 7252 Gibson Ave parking lot and should last about 30 minutes. Bids will be opened for solicitations�B0001 - B0004 (4 seperate projects). After bid opening, Maj Van Fossen will complete the bid abstract and post the bidding results to SAM.gov as quickly as possible ** ** 12 August 2021 - Q&A has been posted as Amendment 2 in attachments�** ** 4 August 2021 - Amendment 1 has been posted. This extends the solicitation due date to 1 September 2021 at 2:00PM AKST. As a reminder, IAW Section 00010 Notes in the solicitation, bidders must acknowledge all solicitation amendments in block 18 of the SF1442. Please ensure to closely read paragraph 4 of Section 00010 Notes to ensure a complete bid package is submitted ** ** 2 August 2021 - Site visit conducted on 2 August 2021.�As a reminder, the due date for questions relating to the solicitation, SOW and attachments are due by 4:00PM AKST on 6 August 2021.�The following has been added to attachments:� 1) Site visit sign-in sheet;��2) Section 01000 General Requirements ** Construct ISO Canopy W50S6L-21-B-0002 The 176th Air Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK, invites you to participate in�an Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for constructing an ISO canopy, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK. BASE BID:�Construct a 70� long x 50� wide x 15 �tall metal canopy near Hangar 18 OPTIONAL BID ITEM: Remove/replace existing vertically oriented 10 inch diameter backflow preventer and corresponding fire water supply lines in pump room directly adjacent to east bay of Hangar 18 The magnitude of the project (including options) is between $100,000 and $250,000. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the offer is required. The total construction duration is 120�days after notice to proceed for the base bid, and 150�days after notice to proceed for the optional bid item (if exercised). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This is�a total small business set- aside. The small business size standard is $39.5 million average annual revenue. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states ""By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees"" applies to this project. A stated in the presolicitation notice posted on 16 July 2021, a site visit is scheduled for 2 August 2021 starting at 0800 at 7252 Gibson Ave on JBER.� At 0800, 176CES personnel and interested parties will convoy from the 176CES parking lot at 7252 Gibson Ave to bldg. 17441 to begin the first of four site visits for that day: 0800-0850: ����Bldg. 17441 ���Repair O&T Offices and Storage (21B0004) 0900-0930:��� �Hangar 18����� �Construct ISO Canopy (21B0002) 0940-1010:���� Bldg. 17456��� �ADAL Services Storage Bldg.
