Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to provide maintenance services on the Honeywell Temperature Control System that serves the data center at building 185, Offutt AFB, NE.� These services include all labor and travel expenses required for factory trained technicians to perform the work as outlined during no less than 12 onsite visits throughout the year, to include phone support to the Weather Wing Facility Office and maintenance contractor to assist with control questions and problems.� All services are located at the 557th Weather Wing (557 WW) facility, building 185 on Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska.� The work shall include the following specific requirements. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number, F3HRA11076AW01, shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06; Effective July 12, 2021. This is a set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561210 with a size standard of $35.5M. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of maintenance support services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 1. The proposed contract CLIN is attached (Proposed CLIN Structure Attachment 2). The Government will evaluate quotes for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that a quote is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).
