- Title: Spare Parts and Repair Services for the AN/URC-145A(V)1 JTT-IBS Notice ID: SPRBL1-21-R-0007 *DLA Land at Aberdeen is still interested in this acquisition and anticipates posting the Request for Proposal on or about September 20, 2021. In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notice that DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about September 20, 2021 for a combination of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), for purchase of spares, test, inspection, and categorization of repairs, and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), for sustainment support repair service costs, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one five-year base period and one two-year redetermination option period for both the FFP and CPFF portions. The proposed guaranteed contract minimum is $30,000.00, and the proposed maximum contract value is $49,999,999.00. The proposed contract is for the following supplies and services in support of the AN/URC-145A(V)1 Joint Tactical Terminal-Integrated Broadcast Service (JTT-IBS). The BEQ listed is for year one. Actual annual ordered quantities may be more or less than this annual BEQ. The only approved source is DRS Advanced ISR (DRS), Commercial and Government Entity Code 0CDN3. The Government does own the complete Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for these NSNs or the JTT-IBS and cannot obtain the TDPs. �Because this acquisition will be using the sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Based on market research, these items are for military use only and are not commercial; therefore, FAR Part 15 applies to this acquisition.� This procurement will not be set-aside for small business. All documents and proposals must be submitted electronically via email. Files shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in proposals is prohibited. Offerors need to have a current profile at the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov in order to submit proposals. Please do not wait until the last minute to submit proposals.
