Description: Requirement is for Armanture Coils, both Classic and New Design.� See attached:� Combines Synopsis Solicitation SPMYM3-21-Q-7066, Statement�of Work and Coil Manufacturing Procedure associated with the Classic Design, and SOW and Coil Manufacturing Procedures associated with the New Design,�Provisions�requiring fill - ins, DLAD, Local, and Procurement Notes and Exhibit A.� Amended September 8, 2021 to add Clin 0004:� Quali.� Vendor must provide a valid DD Form 2345 and a signed Security Agreement to receive the Quali.� See attached amendment to SPMYM3-21-Q-7066 along with Security Agreement.
