Description

Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the existing Hazardous Materials Removal Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) on pages 11?16. This requirement is requesting pricing for a 12?month base period, and four (4) 12?month option period. Period of Performance: Start Date - 9/30/2021 Base Period: Date of award � 12 months Option Period I: 13 months � 24 months Option Period II: 25 months � 36 months Option Period III: 37 months � 48 months Option Period IV: 49 months � 60 months This is a Sam.Gov Unrestricted solicitation under NAICS 562112. Submit your quotes to Attn: RFP?TTB?40200?21?0019 HAZMAT REMOVAL � JS/MH to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov by 9/8/2021 @ 11:00 a.m. EST. Award will be made to the offeror with the Best Value quote. Technical acceptability will be determined by comparing quotations with the requirements of this solicitation. An all?inclusive firm fixed price award will be made to the contractor whose quote represents the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.
