The U.S. Forest Service, Rocky Mountain Research Station is interested in leasing a minimum of 4,100 to a maximum of 4,700 usable square feet of office and support space, 8,000 square feet of secured wareyard space and 8,700�useable of warehouse, shop, greenhouse, and shade structure space in Cedar City, Utah.�� The delineated area is Cedar�City, UT city limits and including Cedar Valley. with paved street access within 1 half mile of main roads and�thoroughfares.� Parking Spaces (Total): 24, Parking Spaces (Surface): 24 Full Term: 20 Years;�Firm Term: 10 Years/Soft Term: 10 Years Offered Space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
