- Requirement for hotel rooms, conference space, A/V equipment rental, and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in Tampa with an anticipated 150 rooms needed for Saturday, 16 October and 80 rooms needed for Sunday, 17 October.� Final count will be finalized on 1 October COB, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time.� All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Saturday, 16 October 2021 until 2pm Sunday, 17 October 2021.� A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract.
