- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for Freefall Airlift Support Services for the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is�481219 and the size standard is $16.5 Million Annual. Solicitation number W50S8E21Q0012 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 Effective March 10, 2021. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Contract will be awarded to the contractor whom provides a quote that conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis / solicitation and meets all the requirements that is outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1. CLIN 0001: SERVICES, NON PERSONAL: CONTRACTOTR TO PROVIDE ALL LABOR, TOOLS, PARTS, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION TO PROVIDE FREEFALL SUPPORT SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT TITLED AIRLIFT PWS 20210708. FOB: DESTINATION Include the following information on your quote: cage code, tax id number, company name, phone number, POC, signature of authorized representative and email. Offerors' quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors' quote. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Contractors must be actively registered with iRAPT, formally the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at http://wawf.eb.mil. �
