- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number 36C24821Q1697 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. (iii) The provisions and clauses in this document are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04, January 19, 2021. (iv) This solicitation intends to award a contract to a SDVOSB business associated with NAICS Code 541519 with a size standard of $30M. (v) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to make a procurement for a Brand Name or Equal for three Computers, three sets of self-calibrating high definition monitors and three non-diagnostic monitors utilized for diagnostic reading of special procedure exams for the Miami Veterans Healthcare System, Miami, FL. Includes Installation, License Code, and Set up.Remote Web-based Installation 0003 3 EA IMAGE SYSTEMS Calibration Feedback System Network Administration Software - CFS WebManager Installation, License Code, Set up, and Training. Remote Web-based Installation. 0004 3 EA Calibration Feedback Software includes the following Productivity Enhancement Tools: Auto Dim - eliminates distractions and the eye strain of bright neighboring monitors. Cursor Genie - eliminates your cursor getting ""stuck"" in the corner of a display. Cursor Locator - will allow you to quickly find your cursor on a large workspace of multiple displays. Cursor Wrap - allows you to quickly go from the far left display to the far right one in an instant. (vi) Required salient characteristics/standards are listed below. Comparative evaluations will be performed after all quotes have been received. PACS Workstation must include IMAGE SYSTEMS calibration feedback system local client software PACS Workstation must include IMAGE SYSTEMS calibration feedback system network administration software CFS Web Manager installation PACS Workstation Calibration Feedback software must include the following productivity enhancement tools: Auto dim eliminates distraction and the eye strain of bright neighboring monitors, Cursor Genie eliminates cursor getting stuck in the corner of a display, Cursor Locator allows to quickly find cursor on a large workspace of multiple displays, Cursor Wrap allows to quickly go from the far let display to the far right display in an instant and PinPoint enables user to enlarge and concentrate on key areas of interest. PACS Workstation must have HP 24 LED monitor PACS Workstation must include HP Z8 G4 Tower with the following capabilities: Intel Xeon Silver 4214 (2.2GHz, Max boost to 3.2GHz), 32GB 2933MHz DDR4, 256GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD, 1TB 7200MPH SATA HD, Quadro RTX4000 8GB GDDR6 VRAM, DVD-RW, 2x RJ45 Gigabit NIC, 1125W Power supply, Window 10 Pro 64Bit Offeror quotations must demonstrate meeting the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation, otherwise it will be considered non-responsive. The information provided is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive and to indicate the quality that will be satisfactory. The interested parties bear full responsibility to ensure their submission demonstrates to the government that they can provide the supplies being requested. Only new equipment is acceptable; no remanufactured, used/refurbished or ""gray market"" items. No product in development shall be considered. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. At a minimum the quote shall contain the following: The name, address, and telephone number of the vendor. Tax Identification Number (TIN) DUNS Number / Cage Code Point of Contact for submission of orders if awarded a contract Authorized Distributor Letter certified by OEM.
