Description

The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12; Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the procurement of National Stock Number (NSN) 6665-01-609-1403. The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a three year base and two separately priced one-year option periods for a potential total of 5 years. The total contract value is not to exceed $1,173,120.00. This requirement is for Customer Direct support in CONUS/OCONUS. At the time of solicitation, there is one (1) NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime. DLA Land and Maritime intends on issuing request for proposal SPE7MX21RX050 for the following material being procured in accordance with the below listed approved source/part number: 6665-01-609-1403 Item description: DETECTOR,GAS APPROVED SOURCE/PART NUMBER: RAE SYSTEMS INC. 06JB6 P/N C03-0912-002 � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� Unit of Order:� Each (EA) Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ):312 Various Increments Solicited: FROM: 20�ea TO: 39�ea FROM: 40�ea TO: 117�ea FROM: 118�ea TO: 234�ea FROM: 235�ea TO: 468�ea Destination Information: Customer Direct�FOB Origin /I&A destination Government Required Delivery on Any Quantity: 60�days (or less, at no additional cost to the Government) One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.� The solicitation will be available in DLA DIBBS on or around its issue date of 10/8/2021.
