- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. AFLCMC/WAQK awarded a sole source Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) for the F-15 Saudi Arabia Weapons System. Contract FA8634-21-D-2703 was awarded 12 November 2020. The Government is seeking to understand the industry�s capabilities in furtherance of future modification and enhancements to the F-15 Saudi Arabia Weapons System. The Government is seeking a Request for Information (RFI) related to the following scope of the IDIQ. This contract provides for the development and integration of modernization and sustainment efforts across the F-15 Saudi fleet to include: Hardware Software and interface design Development Integration Test Subsystem and structural component production Installation of future modifications and enhancements to the F-15 Saudi Weapons System Product support The scope of this IDIQ contract shall support both the United States Air Force and Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) initiatives related to the F-15 Saudi fleet. All responses are required to be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EDT on 10 October 2021.� All submissions shall be in the form of a capabilities statement and submissions are limited to 100 pages 8.5 x 11-inch pages with no smaller than 12-point font. Only affirmative responses to this notice will be assessed to the extent necessary for the Government to determine the technical capability of the respondent. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements, to include access to necessary data. Recent and relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Any proposals or quotations will not be considered at this time as this is not a solicitation for contract award.� In accordance with FAR 6.305(a), the Government will post the Justification and Approval (J&A), if approved, within fourteen (14) days of signature. No other postings will occur other than posting a completed J&A.
