- Description
- The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469021Q0042, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37-Service Contracting Procedures for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) Infrared Radiant Heat Services requirement. This award will be a base plus four option years and a possible six-month extension. The projected Period of Performance is currently 1 December 2021 � 30 Nov 2026, with a possible extension period of 1 December 2026 � 31 May 2027. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220 with a size standard of $16.5 million. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, the Attch 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement, Attch 2 � Wage Determination, and Attch 3 � Price Schedule_Repair CLINs . A site visit is planned on 20 September 2021 at 9:00 am local time.� Interested vendors are highly encouraged to attend this Site Visit to ensure they attain the greatest possible understanding of the requirement and facilities to be serviced.� Base Access Requests will be required for all interested vendors that plan on attending the scheduled site visit.� Please submit these requests no later than 15 September 2021 by 3:00pm to the solicitation point of contact, Ms. Laurie Lykken, via email at laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil . Whether attending site visit or not, all questions and comments on this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil no later than 27 September 2021 by 3:00pm MDT.� Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line:� FA469021Q0042 � Solicitation_Infrared Radiant Heat Questions �Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov . All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 4:00pm on 11 October 2021 to laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil�.
