- This notice of intent (to sole source) is NOT a request for competitive quotes/proposals. It is for informational purposes only. The US Fish & Wildlife Service (Southwest Region) in Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a sole source contract for services to maintain the following: Conservation Leadership for Tomorrow (CLfT) and Conservation and Hunting in America (CHA) Training Intent to award to Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation Authority cited: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. Services are deemed to be only available by this source due to propriety application that will be administered for this requirement. The proposed action is expected to result in a firm-fixed contract. The NAICS code is 813312, Environment, Conservation, and Wildlife Organization - Other There will be no solicitation package or work statement provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract order based upon any responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties identifying their interest and unique capabilities in response to this notice will be furnishing the information at no cost or obligation to the Government and without expectation of receiving a response. Any information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in successive years. Facsimile submissions, e-mails, and oral communications are not accepted for this notice. This notice closes on September 14, 2021 at 8:00 AM local EST.
