- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source. Orlando VA Healthcare System intends to award to Siliconcore Technology, Inc, 890 Hillview Ct. Ste 120, Milpitas, CA 95035-4573 for a Marquee Sign for the Orlando VA Healthcare System. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 334290 and the Small Business Administrative size standard is 750 employees. The current Federal Acquisition Circular is 2021-06 dated 07/12/2021. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes. However, if vendors believe they have the technical capability to meet this specific need, submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government s requirement. Submit your response to this notice no later than 09/10/2021, 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to Contracting Officer, Patricia Brown, PatriciaE.Brown@va.gov. Any responses received will be considered for the purposes of determining sources for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government s intent to solicit, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
