Description

The 108th Wing intends to sole source the delivery and installation of a Badging System for the�204th IS Entryway Door Bldg 3390 �to Advantor Systems Corporations, 129612 Challenge Pkwy, Suite 300 Orlando, FL 32826. Advantor is the only authorized contractor for the security system at the 108th Wing. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2) and FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition, only one responsible source. Advantor System provides all equipment, tools, materials, technical, preventative and emergency services, and personnel for their systems. Advantor is the only source capable of fulfilling the Governement's requirement due to propriety system already in place at the 108th Wing. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitations document exists for the requirement. Source interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government.� A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the governemnt. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source procurement.
