- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 located in West Palm Beach FL intends to award, on a limiting competition sole-source basis, a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract to PROAIM Americas, for the procurement of Zeiss Forum Software License to use with existing Zeiss Forum Archive and viewer picture archive and communication system at the VA Medical Center, Miami, FL and outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). The sole-source contract will be awarded on or about September 17, 2021. The North American System (NAICS) code is 334510 and the Small Business Administration size standard is 1,250 employees. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit from and award to one source is in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government intends to execute this award on or about September 17, 2021. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for any future requirements.
