Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Unison Virtual Acquisition Office, located at 21251 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 100 Dulles, VA 20166, for the acquisition of passwords and an inquiry POC for DEA�s current VAO subscription. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price delivery order.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 8 ""Simplified Acquisition Procedures.""� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 511210, Software Publishers.� The business size standard is $41,500,000.00.�This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.� A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 13th, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time.� All submissions should be submitted electronically to Joe.E.Turner@usdoj.gov.
